飲食店からすれば迷惑

マイ箸の洗浄が不十分で雑菌が繁殖し、それが原因で食中毒が起きて迷惑を被る
（外見上その店の食品で食中毒になったから営業停止になる。実例あり）

今時は細菌のＤＮＡもいちいち調べる。
同じ型の細菌ＤＮＡが厨房から検出されなければ 店は無罪。

しかし調べるのにちょっと日数がかかるので･･･手遅れｗ
